Fabien Reboul, wines that reflect his career path…
For ten years, Fabien pursued his studies in viticulture and oenology, traveling the world.
His initial forays into the Côtes du Rhône led him to the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, where he crafted the delicate Corton-Charlemagne.
Across the Atlantic, his thirst for knowledge took him to Oregon, and later, he found himself upside down in New Zealand, seeking a new perspective on the world.
This openness to the world and its diverse cultures allows Fabien Reboul to create wines that reflect his own journey.
Today, Fabien manages his vineyard and winemaking independently, having transitioned to organic farming in 2008, with a focus on two natural wines.
He is supported by Nathalie and Marjorie, who handle the administrative and commercial aspects.
